A lovely store with great customer service! Last Monday (8th Nov) I ordered a Bday cake from Flourish BeauTea for a friend of mine who lives in Victoria & according to him the Cake was super delicious! But the main thing the service they provided me from the inquiry to delivery and the way the delivery was prepared were very commendable. Especially as a person who lives outside of Canada, the entire process of placing a Cake order was kinda mission for me & I had doubt how to get it done without any mistake. But the team of Flourish BeauTea made it so easy for me. So the special thanks to Anna and the entire staff including the other members of Downtown store. Really appreciate guys! I enjoyed the cake from Floruish BeauTea, especially since I first visited when they had just opened. It’s impressive to see how their dessert selection has grown. Both cakes were excellent—the genoise was incredibly soft, and the cream was light. However, it did become slightly greasy towards the end. I’m looking forward to ordering a birthday cake from them soon.

I usually come here because I love the quiet and clean place. Not much of tea drinker but the lattes and dessertsare amazing.

A hidden coffee shop right in front of Bay Centre. We ordered the chocolate cheesecake and chocolate sponge cake, both delicious! Coffee was average, like any other coffee place, but still good. The service was really good as well, the barista was really smiley and friendly. Great atmosphere, we are so coming back!

This place has some of the most delicious ube paste that I've ever tasted... very thick and sweet. The decor is very cute and the staff was very welcoming! Would totally recommend (=^ェ^=)

Such an adorable and cosy place!! I stopped by and got their dalgona iced coffee and a strawberry peach sponge cake and both were absolutely delicious. The sponge cake was light and fluffy and full of flavour and the coffee was smooth and the dalgona added such a nice flavour!! The worker that evening was super friendly and polite and was really helpful in offering recommendations and suggestions as to different options that I might enjoy. The cafe itself was so cosy !! A small space, but it felt so bright and welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be coming back here again, especially to study in the future as the place has wifi and charging ports.

This place is fantastic! They are extremely creative and if you're into trying something different this is the place for you! I had the Hibiscus Karkade for a tea which was deliciously refreshing. For a cake I had the strawberry sponge cake and a bite of the tiramisu. The owners are very friendly and extremely helpful when selecting what's best for you. There is an incredible selection of tea and cake. If you're into coffee they have some specialty ones that you won't find anywhere else! I'm most definitely going to be coming back.
